Congratulations! You have been selected as a vendor for the 2nd Annual Chi-Village Kwanzaa Celebration! Please complete this form and submit your vendor registration payment by Friday, December 6th.
We are finalizing the layout and will provide a map with vendor booth locations and confirm setup times by Friday, December 13th. The current setup window is scheduled for 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Thursday, December 26th.
Equipment Options:
Vendors may bring their own 6ft table(s) and chairs, with a maximum of two 6ft tables per general vendor. One table will be provided upon request, with an additional $25 fee for a second table if needed. Please specify if you require a power strip or proximity to an outlet, as electricity access is limited.
Food Vendors:
Food vendors must adhere to all local and state regulations and secure any necessary permits or licenses.
Important Information:
Vendors are responsible for securing their merchandise and equipment. Chi-Village and event organizers are not liable for loss, damage, or theft of vendor property. Vendor fees are non-refundable after the December 6th deadline, except in cases of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.
