We are excited to invite vendors to sign up for this year’s Kwanzaa Celebration, taking place on Thursday, December 26th, at the Dr. Conrad Worrill Track & Field Center, from 12 PM to 9 PM. This year brings a change to the vendor registration process, so please review the following details.
Please complete this inquiry form by November 3rd. Vendors selected will be notified by November 8th and will receive a registration form to provide additional information and submit payment. All payments are due by December 6th.
Equipment Options:
Vendors may bring 6ft table(s)Â and chairs.
Two 6ft tables are permitted.
One table will be provided upon request. If a second table is needed, an additional $25 fee will apply.
Please specify during registration if you need access to a power strip or require proximity to an outlet, as electricity is limited.

Vendors are responsible for securing merchandise and equipment.
Chi-Village and event organizers are not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of vendor property.
Vendor fees are non-refundable after the December 6th deadline, except for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances.
